We have established Foreign Language Teaching and Mandarin Teaching under the Language Center as a concentrated effort on foreign language teaching and study that is coupled with  certificate examination preparation programs, ESP programs, a variety of language courses, elite programs for English as well as German and Japanese languages in order to boost the students’ international mobility. For international students studying in NCUT, Mandarin courses are provided with a variety of activities and cultural related events. The purpose is to help students better involve themselves in local life and offer a smoother study experience. The Mandarin learning courses are further customized for non-locals, who can find useful Mandarin courses open every academic season to promote Mandarin and Chinese culture.
