Course Content

Our courses are tailored to meet the individual needs and proficiency levels of each student, ensuring that every 50-minute class (including a 10-minute break) maximizes learning outcomes.

Course Features

• Flexible Class Times: No matter your time zone, we’ve got you covered. Choose your class time between 7 AM and 10 PM to fit your schedule.
• Special Discounts:
  • Enroll for over 30 hours to enjoy a 5% discount, bringing the average cost to just NTD 760 per class.
  • Enroll for over 40 hours to enjoy a 10% discount, bringing the average cost to just NTD 720 per class.

Hardware Requirements

To ensure smooth classes, please prepare the following equipment:

• A personal computer, laptop, or tablet
• Headphones with a microphone
• A webcam (most laptops and tablets have built-in webcams)
• Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.13
• Browser: Chrome 75 or Firefox 68
• Internet Speed: Fiber optic 2M or mobile network 4G

Course Policies

• All classes are recorded to protect the rights of both parties.
• You cannot change your teacher or transfer your class rights to others during the course term.
• In case of unavoidable circumstances preventing class attendance, make-up classes will be arranged instead of refunds.

Leave Policies

• If you need to take leave, please notify us by 6 PM the day before the scheduled class. Otherwise, make-up classes or refunds will not be granted.
• If leave is taken according to the rules, you can discuss make-up class times with the teacher, but refunds are not available. Make-up classes must be completed within one month after the last scheduled class, or they will not be granted.

Refund Policies

• If you terminate the course early due to personal reasons, refunds are as follows:
  • Before 6 PM one business day prior to the first class (Taiwan time): 90% refund
  • After the course starts but before 1/3 of the total class hours: 50% refund
  • After 1/3 of the total class hours: no refund
