Since 2024, the Ministry of Education has established International Talent Circulation Bases in Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand. Through these bases, the Ministry aims to promote the International Industrial Talents Education Special Program (INTENSE Program) locally and provide free preparatory Mandarin courses, thereby increasing students' willingness to study in Taiwan.

The Taiwan Ministry of Education (MOE) launching the "International Industrial Talents Education Special Program (INTENSE Program)" in 2024, aiming to attract more excellent international students to study and employment in Taiwan.

Fields of study：STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), Finance, and Semiconductor-related fields.

Target Audience：Applicants from all countries

(must meet the eligibility requirements for International Students, Overseas Chinese Students, or Hong Kong and Macao Residents studying in Taiwan)

The government provides grants, and participating companies provide living and internship stipends. After graduation, students will be employed by the participating company in Taiwan and must fulfill a work obligation equal in length to the duration of the financial aid received.
