並備妥下列文件：

1. 護照影本
　─有照片的那一頁
2. 讀書計畫
　─用中文或英文簡單說明學習目標、華語程度、學習華語的原因
3. 財力證明
　─請提供銀行根據本人、配偶或父母帳戶開立之正式『英文存款餘額證明』，開立日期為6個月內，存款餘額必須超過美金兩千元(約台幣六萬元)；若提供之證明非申請學生本人帳戶，請保證人填寫財力保證書。
　─已經有居留證（ARC）者，可以居留證影本代替財力證明。
4. 申請人簽名之入學切結書：點此下載
5. 就讀前3個月內胸腔X光肺結核檢查報告
　─依照規定，所有華語中心新生都要繳交在台灣施照的三個月內胸部X光肺結核檢查報告。X光檢查報告請於來台檢查後再繳交，繳交期限為開學日。
6. 越南申請者需提出以下文件：
　a. 最高學歷證書、歷年成績單（需翻譯成中文或英文）
　b. 外語能力證明一份: (1) 華語文能力測驗（TOCFL）1級以上證書 (2) 托福成績（TOEFL）：網路測驗（iBT）26分以上、紙筆測驗（pBT）340分以上 (3) 多益成績（TOEIC）：300分以上 (4) 雅思成績（IELTS）：2.5分以上

我們收到完整的文件後，才會進行審核，審核通過，就會寄送入學許可給申請人。
申請人可以持本中心核發之入學許可，到臺灣駐外單位申請來臺灣的簽證。

＊各學期報名人數額滿後將截止收件、不再接受新生報名。
　申請人須確認收到入學許可之後才算報名成功

The following documents are required for admission application, and you may send them to our email fcuclc.apply@gmail.com :

1. Online application at www.clc.fcu.edu.tw
2. A copy of passport (Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months.)
3. A study plan
   -A statement of study goals, Chinese language ability and reasons for studying Mandarin (*There is no standard format.)
4. A bank statement
   -The statement should be dated within the last 3 months showing at least US$ 2,000 from the applicant's or his/her sponsor's account. The sponsor's name must be given on the Bank Statement and the sponsor needs to fill in a financial guarantee form as well. (Note: Those who have an ARC or Taiwanese ID do not need to submit a financial statement.)
   -If you already have an ARC, you can use ARC as your bank statement.
5. A X-Ray check for Tuberculosis medical report in English or in Chinese within 3 months before the course begin day
   Note: It is required for every student to submit the report of chest x-ray check for tuberculosis within 3 months in Taiwan. You can hand in it after you arrive in Taiwan and take the X-ray examination. The deadline for hand in the x-ray report is the course start date.

7. Vietnamese applicants also have to hand in the following two documents: 
   a. Diploma of the highest degree and transcripts for all semesters (need to be translated into Mandarin or English) 
   b. Certificate of Language Proficiency Test as follows: 1) TOCFLTest for at least Level 1(Band A), 2) TOEFL Test (iBT) for at least 18 points, (pBT) for at least 340 points, 3) TOEIC for at least 300 points, 4) IELTS for at least 2.5 points.

After receiving all the documents, we will issue an acceptance letter for you. With this letter and other required documents, you can apply for a visa to Taiwan in a Taiwan representative office in your country.

*If applications are oversubscibed, we will stop accepting applications. 
 Students must receive admission letter to make sure the applicaiton is accepted and completed.
