招收對象：18歲(含)以上、高中畢業以上或持有同等學歷。

請備妥以下文件，並於預計上課日前一個月寄送至本中心辦公室，以利審查和後續學生申請簽證作業。

1.申請表

請至http://cltc.ntut.edu.tw/files/87-1143-826.php填寫申請表，並準備2吋彩色照片2張。

2.畢業證書影本

(1) 高中學歷：畢業證明書影本，或應屆高中生申請大學之入學許可通知，或等同學歷證明。

(2) 大學以上學歷：大學以上之成績單、畢業證明書或學生證之影本。

3.財力證明正本

(1) 申請者需證明其具備在台就學的財力，至少需3000美元或等值的其他幣值金額，且為三個月內申請的證明（例如：銀行帳戶存款餘額達3000美金或以上的存款證明）。

(2) 若使用親人的財力證明，親人必須寫信說明與學生的親屬關係，並保證願意支助申請學生在台的生活費用。

4.護照影本

護照的個人資訊頁影本。
