  • 叫警察

    Jiào jǐngchá.

    Call the police.

  • 叫救護車

    Jiào jiùhùchē.

    Call an ambulance.

  • 危險

    Wéixiǎn.

    Danger! Watch out!

  • 走開

    Zǒukāi.

    Go away.

  • 抓住他

    Zhuāzhù tā.

    Stop him/her. (Seize him/her!)

  • 我出車禍了。

    Wǒ chūchēhuò le.

    I had a car accident.

  • 請問最近的警察局在哪裡?

    Qǐngwèn zuìjìn de jǐngchájú zài nǎlǐ?

    Where’s the nearest police station within walking distance?

  • 我的 ____ 不見了。

    Wǒ de ____ bùjiàn le.

    I lost my ____.

    passport / 護照 hùzhào
    wallet / 錢包 qiánbāo
    cellphone / 手機 shǒujī

  • 我不會說中文,有翻譯(人員)嗎?

    Wǒ bú huì shuō zhōngwén, yǒu fānyì (rényuán) mɑ?

    I do not speak Mandarin. May I have an interpreter?
