Regular Mandarin Course

Class Introduction:

 

  1. Each term lasts for 3 months, with a total of 15 hours of classes per week. A total of 150 hours.
  2. This program is a continuous course using the textbook "Contemporary Chinese" supplemented with videos on radicals from "Animated Chinese Characters."
  3. The course will teach students through "Pinyin practice," "new vocabulary and sentence patterns," and "dialogue," with additional activities after class to reinforce learning.
  4. Each week’s classes will focus on themes related to daily life, and a radical will be introduced through a video each week. For assessment, there will be formative evaluations at the end of each class, including oral, listening, and written tests.
  5. Before the classes start, there will be a placement test to divide students into beginner and advanced levels.
