(1) 國內華語文教學相關研究所或學程碩士班在學學生 (2) 國內大學（含）以上，曾於國內大學修完華語教學學分學程課程或參加華語教學師資培訓課程修習90小時以上，並獲有證書之在學學生
(1) 現為臺灣大學學生 (2) 熟諳中文為第二語言之教學法，且能使用並書寫簡體字及漢語拼音 (3) 英語說寫流利 (4) 對於分享自身文化及語言具有熱忱 (5) 需有較強的適應力及應變能力 (6) 具教學助理專業素養並遵守課堂規定，如：準時到課堂、課程中不看手機

| 教育部補助項目 | 臺大補助項目 1. 聘期內每月生活補助費800美元，依於當地實際任教天數核給 2. 初次應聘時，補助臺灣至任教地往返最直接航程經濟艙機票1張（實報實銷，補助款上限1,750美元） |
| 工作內容 （教學及行政） |
1. The selected TA will work under the guidance of a TU faculty member. The TA’s in-person responsibilities will include: (1) Assisting a course instructor in conducting in-class drills and facilitating language practice. (2) Meeting with students individually or in small groups outside of class to improve language skills. (3) This position requires up to 12 hours of student interaction and 8 hours of preparation per week. 2. The TA should be motivated to learn about and participate in tasks related to teaching Mandarin.
